What you will do

• Translate complex multi-stakeholder needs into intuitive safety products and services.
• Define and articulate measurable safety outcomes and impact for key initiatives.
• Prioritize the team backlog and development sprints in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Drive innovation in safety capabilities to stay ahead of emerging threats and industry regulations.
• Partner with engineering to refine the vision for review tooling, policy enforcement, and UX.
• Act as an escalation point for Trust & Safety incidents, appeals, and investigations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management across policy, machine learning, operations tooling, or compliance.
• Track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in fast-paced organizations.
• Strong cross-functional fluency to communicate effectively with engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with timely delivery in a high-growth environment.
• Data-driven mentality combined with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
• Passion for user safety and experience in building defensible, scalable protection mechanisms.
