What you will do
- Reactivate lapsed enterprise accounts using data insights and tailored outreach strategies.
- Prospect and develop new relationships with mid-size jewelry retailers across the US to build a self-generated pipeline.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise SMB accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to sustained revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on purchasing activity.
- Represent the company at US trade shows and jewelry industry events to engage key accounts.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define the enterprise sales playbook for the US market.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts or growing mid-market accounts.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to build credible relationships with time-poor business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to account management using CRM and platform behavior insights.
- Self-starter mindset capable of operating with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the jewelry industry, luxury goods, or a marketplace with a luxury vertical.
- Background in building a sales function from scratch in a new market or territory.
- Experience with wholesale buying patterns and inventory-led business dynamics.
