Location: Must be based in or able to work from the São Paulo, Brazil hub (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help users unlock the full potential of Figma workflows.
• Develop high-quality written, visual, and video resources reflecting modern design and development practices.
• Foster relationships within the design community and nurture user-driven initiatives.
• Present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events to share practical design insights.
• Advocate for user feedback internally to inform product evolution and improvements.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on Figma expertise with a track record of integrating the tool into real product teams.
• Thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in public speaking and engaging large audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex design decisions and their translation into development.
• Must be able to work from the São Paulo hub and comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time.
