What you will do

• Design and build scalable, reliable cloud-native network infrastructure balancing security and performance.
• Develop automation tools and platforms to scale network infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Codify and test infrastructure changes within the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain and modernize local network infrastructure in NY and SF offices.
• Monitor performance and availability, resolving systemic issues and managing on-call escalations.
• Create technical designs, playbooks, and documentation for the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in distributed cloud network infrastructure, including VPN architecture, firewalls, and routing.
• Expertise in observability platforms such as Datadog and Observium.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including multi-region BC/DR cloud networking.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience operating production environments with high uptime requirements and measurable SLAs.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Advanced Networking or other AWS certifications.
• Experience with AWS Transit Gateway and AWS Landing Zone.
• Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and networking.
• Experience with Aruba WLAN infrastructure.
