What you will do

• Drive the employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
• Create engaging content that showcases company culture, people, and values.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage and grow the company presence on LinkedIn and employer review platforms.
• Track performance metrics and gather insights to continuously improve branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding or Talent Marketing.
• Proven track record of executing initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience running campaigns across social media and careers pages.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment.
