What you will do

• Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other content discovery platforms.
• Lead creative testing initiatives, developing frameworks to test hooks, formats, and messaging.
• Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement across the funnel.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to iterate on ad content.
• Identify new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns.
• Taboola experience is a must.
• Extensive experience with creative testing, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
