What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of 6–8 Forward Deployed Engineers working on strategic enterprise projects.
• Own the full cycle from technical discovery to executive close, partnering with Sales to qualify and scope engagements.
• Serve as the executive technical sponsor for high-priority engagements, managing stakeholders from IC engineers to the C-suite.
• Ensure delivery quality through precise scoping, milestone tracking, and clean handoffs to customer teams.
• Identify product gaps and integration friction to drive roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering.
• Build and scale a partner FDE track to enable GSI and consulting partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams that build and ship in production (FDE, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with software development and coding in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building and owning AI-native workflows in production.
• Ability to quickly diagnose complex enterprise engineering environments and identify high-leverage interventions.
• Experience building and scaling IC-level technical teams with a focus on clean delivery and sharp scoping.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship status will be evaluated).
