What you will do

  • Enhance and mature operational processes across Risk, Compliance, and Operations, leveraging AI to streamline workflows.
  • Support key compliance initiatives, including asset listing and market surveillance.
  • Implement and manage the Risk Management Framework.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of EU MiCAR regulatory projects and product launches.
  • Prepare executive and Board-level reporting on regulatory, operational, and commercial developments.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects such as license applications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ireland
  • 2–3 years of experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or operations.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect regulatory compliance to business growth.
  • Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks such as MiCAR, MiFID II, PSD2, and AMLD5/6.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or crypto industries.
  • Background in operational automation or AI-driven process improvement.
