What you will do

• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework, monitoring, and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications and monitor the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Provide expert regulatory advice to Operations teams to support product launches.
• Collaborate with international product teams to navigate cross-border compliance requirements.
• Support the Head of Compliance in rolling out a robust compliance programme.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience advising on compliance-related matters.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to guide regulatory strategy.
• Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with regulators and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of learning complex, new regulations quickly.
• Fluency in English.
