Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Television Centre). Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with remote work opportunities available.
Salary: Β£40,200βΒ£69,000 per annum.

What you will do
- Lead the development and delivery of high-performing audio and audio-visual content for and third-party platforms.
- Oversee studio and location recordings, managing audio and multi-camera workflows to ensure editorial and technical quality.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary production team to deliver a clear editorial vision.
- Manage relationships with hosts and contributors to capture high-quality performances.
- Plan and manage production workflows, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with Production Management.
- Contribute to the creation of short-form content derived from long-form productions.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing high-quality audio content and delivering video or video podcast formats.
- Demonstrable passion for developing and innovating comedy and entertainment formats.
- Experience overseeing multi-camera studio or location shoots.
- Strong understanding of podcast commercial frameworks, including revenue and distribution models.
- Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships with talent and creative teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
