What you will do

• Drive quality improvements for professional design products including Cavalry, Affinity, and Flourish.
• Develop and implement test strategies emphasizing shift-left QA activities instead of just execution.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for testing and product knowledge, driving documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and upskill other QA engineers and define quality expectations.
• Implement AI-powered approaches to enhance defect prevention and test intelligence.

Requirements

• Experience defining QA processes and identifying quality injection opportunities within product teams.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining robust Test Automation Frameworks.
• Experience testing complex web applications, desktop applications, or both.
• Ability to coach team members on testing best practices.
• Strong grasp of unit, integration, and E2E automation principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with professional creative software (e.g., Animation, Data Visualisation).
• Proficiency with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience in Machine Learning Model testing.
• Knowledge of Accessibility testing.
