What you will do

• Own end-to-end measurement of acquisition channels including paid media, referral, affiliate, and organic to track ROI.
• Lead analytics for growth campaigns and incentive programs using incrementality methodologies like synthetic control and difference-in-differences.
• Analyze user lifecycles to identify high-value segments and optimize activation, engagement, and monetization.
• Design and execute statistically rigorous A/B tests and deliver actionable readouts to stakeholders.
• Build AI-based analytics tools and agents, including LLM query interfaces and anomaly detection pipelines.
• Partner with growth leads and product managers to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or growth analytics, specifically within fintech or crypto.
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered tools using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Hands-on knowledge of CEX/DEX dynamics, token economics, and crypto user behavior.
