What you will do

• Identify and prioritize product opportunities in LatAm, including regional payment rails and regulatory nuances.
• Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for first-time, active retail, and remittance-driven users.
• Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web, from onboarding to post-trade review.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to translate user insights into shipped features.
• Measure product impact using data-driven metrics to refine regional growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in trading, fintech, or crypto.
• Must have a current right to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
• Deep understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to validate hypotheses.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including design and engineering.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Direct experience in the Latin American market and its payment ecosystems.
• Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto.
• Familiarity with technical analysis tools and charting platforms.
