What you will do

• Resolve challenging hardware-related issues with servers through in-depth troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware problems, develop workarounds, and implement long-term solutions.
• Handle L1/L2 support tasks via the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with L3 technicians to improve SLAs through complex diagnostics.
• Update and maintain technical documentation and training materials for the IT hardware team.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and command line.
• Experience with datacenter environments and server equipment.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis.
