What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts and IP licensing agreements with enterprise customers and partners.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency and streamline management processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Research teams to deliver business-minded legal solutions.
• Coordinate regional legal triage between APAC and global headquarters to ensure effective workload prioritization.
• Drive the regional rollout of process improvements, policy updates, and local enablement sessions.

Requirements

• Substantive knowledge of software, SaaS, reseller, and services agreements.
• Ability to independently draft and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts.
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle for technology transactions and sales organizations.
• Must be based in Singapore or eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of contract management experience, with 5+ years in technology transactions.
• Experience operating in fast-paced technology startups and global distributed legal teams.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad.
• Strong async communication skills and experience collaborating across different time zones.
