Salary: $200,000 – $400,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions.
• Identify cross-customer trends to guide the evolution of the agent-building platform.
• Experiment with and evaluate the latest text and voice models.
• Integrate AI solutions at scale for large enterprise-grade customers.
• Own the end-to-end implementation and iteration of AI agent features.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to solve complex user needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in software engineering
• Proficiency with Python and TypeScript
• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Comfort debugging system failures within deep technology stacks
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco
