What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creator and cultural partners, ensuring on-brand deliverables and mutual value.
• Develop and champion creative concepts to transform partnership rights into culturally resonant moments.
• Own the distribution strategy to amplify partnership content across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Identify and pitch new creator and cultural partnership opportunities to reach untapped audiences.
• Track performance across activations using KPIs such as impressions, engagement, and acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and comms teams to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• Deep fluency in content dynamics across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and podcasts.
• Strong creative instincts for building activations that feel culturally native.
• High level of organization to manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action.
• Must be based in New York (On-site)

• Prior experience at a creator platform, media company, or talent agency.
• Existing professional relationships in the creator, podcast, or entertainment space.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech audiences.
• Experience building creator programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch.
