What you will do

• Engage with prospects and customers to uncover technical constraints, data freshness needs, and downstream use cases.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs using scrapers, proxies, and AI pipelines.
• Author precise Statements of Work (SOWs) covering scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Build cost models and pricing estimates for large-scale data collection and AI/BI projects.
• Conduct deep business and technical research on customer industries and data sources.
• Analyze project performance data to refine internal costing frameworks and improve future estimates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solutions Consultant in tech, data, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of writing complex SOWs and service contracts for technical projects.
• Strong understanding of web scraping and data collection complexities.
• Solid grasp of data analysis, BI, and AI/ML solutions.
• Experience estimating IT project costs, including infrastructure and development effort.
• Outstanding written English (C1+) and customer-facing communication skills.
