What you will do

• Source potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data.
• Support senior recruiters with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to propose solutions for process improvement.
• Devise creative strategies to attract top talent and ensure competitive compensation packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Excellent English language skills (C1 level) for global communication.
• Basic understanding of recruiting practices.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment operations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, global environment.
• Must be based in North Macedonia.

• Proficiency in using ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
• Experience analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
