Salary: $205,000–$235,000

What you will do

• Develop reasoning frameworks and decision guides to improve how AI interprets healthcare data.
• Translate clinical expertise into scalable capabilities for analytical consistency and efficiency.
• Use SQL, R, and Python to investigate healthcare data, validate assumptions, and evaluate methodologies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate healthcare expertise into AI-driven user experiences.
• Define best practices for identifying clinical events, conditions, and outcomes using real-world data.
• Measure the impact and adoption of intelligence capabilities to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Advanced degree in public health, epidemiology, clinical informatics, medicine, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working with EHR, claims, or large-scale healthcare datasets.
• Deep understanding of healthcare standards including ICD, SNOMED, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and RxNorm.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for analytical data exploration.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate analytical or knowledge-management workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical or medical informatics and healthcare knowledge management.
• Background in collaborating with AI, Product, or Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation methodologies.
• Experience presenting complex healthcare concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
