What you will do
- Partner with the SVP of Field Engineering to define and execute long-term organizational strategy.
- Establish OKRs and metrics to measure performance and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure GTM product execution at scale by resolving pipeline and product gaps across Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Shape Professional Services and Enablement strategy, focusing on resourcing and AI-driven scaling.
- Lead a builder-first, AI-driven culture by identifying opportunities for automation and tooling.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, and People teams to optimize performance and growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or technical leadership within high-growth technology companies.
- Deep technical understanding of field engineering organizations and enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to define strategy and execute at scale in complex, technical environments.
- Experience running centralized technical or operational functions and influencing distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental mindset.
- Must be eligible for export-controlled technology access as per U.S. government regulations.
