What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global team of Salesforce and full-stack engineers proficient in Apex, LWC, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
• Define and own engineering best practices, including code review standards, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Act as a design reviewer for significant platform changes, focusing on data model evolution, integration architecture, and scalability.
• Drive the adoption of AI coding tools and agentic development workflows to improve delivery velocity and code quality.
• Manage the end-to-end engineering workflow using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Own integration patterns connecting Salesforce to CPQ, sales engagement, marketing automation, and internal applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software or Salesforce engineering with hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• 2+ years of experience in people management leading engineers or developers.
• Working fluency in at least one general-purpose stack, specifically Python and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience implementing Git-based version control, CI/CD, and automated testing within a Salesforce context.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools to accelerate development work.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile tools like Jira.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application or System Architect).
• Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore engineering teams.
• Experience integrating LLM-based automation or agents into GTM systems.
