What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing, multilingual MidMarket sales team based in London.
- Design the end-to-end sales playbook, including prospecting, qualification, and closing strategies.
- Drive ARR growth by converting Free/Pro users into Business and Enterprise SKUs.
- Develop a partnership model with resellers to generate pipeline in key markets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to align investment with growth opportunities.
- Own the forecast and provide data-backed insights on ARR contribution and pipeline health.
Requirements
- Proven experience carrying a quota and building pipeline from prospecting to close.
- Deep understanding of high-velocity sales motions and data-driven qualification.
- Experience managing or mentoring early-career sales professionals.
- Ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in London or ready to relocate for this in-office role.
