Head of Mid Market Sales (EMEA): Building and leading a high-performing sales team in London to establish a repeatable business motion for the MidMarket segment with an accent on playbook design, ARR growth, and cross-functional partnership. Focus on scaling sales operations across the UK, France, and Germany, coaching early-career sellers, and delivering data-backed forecasting.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to London, UK (In-office role).

What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing, multilingual MidMarket sales team based in London.
  • Design the end-to-end sales playbook, including prospecting, qualification, and closing strategies.
  • Drive ARR growth by converting Free/Pro users into Business and Enterprise SKUs.
  • Develop a partnership model with resellers to generate pipeline in key markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to align investment with growth opportunities.
  • Own the forecast and provide data-backed insights on ARR contribution and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Proven experience carrying a quota and building pipeline from prospecting to close.
  • Deep understanding of high-velocity sales motions and data-driven qualification.
  • Experience managing or mentoring early-career sales professionals.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in London or ready to relocate for this in-office role.
  • Rigorous approach to data and pipeline management.
