What you will do

• Develop proprietary services for advisory functions, including Block Trading, Portfolio management, and IRA.
• Architect and design platform components focusing on high availability and object-oriented data modeling.
• Write high-performance code across both low-level and high-level languages.
• Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput.
• Build robust concurrency systems and abstract distributed system architectures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Previous software engineering experience with trading or exchange systems (OMS, EMS, market making, algorithmic or quant trading).
• Strong system design skills with expertise in service-oriented architectures and system abstraction.
• Proficiency in languages such as C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, Scala, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of algorithms, distributed systems, scalability, and concurrency control.
• Experience with messaging queues and message brokers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
• Experience with observability, tracing, continuous profiling, and benchmarking.
