What you will do

• Develop and review complex financial models for healthcare companies, including merger models, DCF, and LBO analyses.
• Analyze accounting statements, regulatory filings, and financial projections for clients in the healthcare space.
• Present strategic alternatives, capital markets activities, and corporate governance issues to CEO and CFO level clients.
• Manage live M&A deal execution, including running due diligence and negotiating legal documents with lawyers and buyers.
• Guide and review the work product of junior professionals, including financial modeling and client presentations.
• Research and grow expertise in trends and business models across the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
• Expertise in valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, public trading comparables, precedent transactions).
• Proven experience in M&A transaction execution, preparing pitch materials, roadshow presentations, and IPO prospectuses.
• Experience managing live deal execution and negotiating non-disclosure agreements.
• FINRA Series 79 license required.
• Must be able to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
