• Drive 15%+ YOY growth across assigned key accounts.
• Engage with CXOs to position the company as a strategic partner for AI transformation.
• Lead structured account planning and collaborate with internal teams to identify and sell expanded offerings.
• Manage procurement and legal negotiations to secure and defend business cases.
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs.
• Procure public testimonials and references to validate the quality of service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of key account leadership experience managing accounts worth $20M+ in a professional services firm.
• Proven track record in account expansion and commercial deal shaping.
• Fluency in AI concepts within an industry context.
• Strong ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO).
• Collaborative mindset with high accountability and low ego.
