What you will do

• Develop calibration strategies and execution plans for various chassis control programs.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of chassis feature calibration engineers.
• Lead the delivery of on-time, defect-free calibration releases following the V-Model process.
• Manage resource needs, including people, facilities, and vehicle development property usage.
• Coordinate off-site calibration test trips and spearhead the resolution of vehicle and system deficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure performance expectations are met for EV and autonomous vehicle projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Chassis Controls calibration, vehicle dynamics, and vehicle integration.
• 5+ years of Project Management or Project Leadership experience in the Chassis Controls domain.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain GM Level 3 driving certification.
• Ability to travel for winter testing and development ride trips throughout the year.

• Experience with controls or algorithm development.
• Current GM Level 3 driver or higher.
