What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the Figma platform's value to customers.
• Partner with Sales to address technical questions and accelerate digital product delivery for APAC accounts.
• Manage customer IT and Security relationships, handling security questionnaires and enterprise requirements during the deal cycle.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to influence the product roadmap based on GCR and APAC-specific needs.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating connections between customers, sales, and product teams.
• Create technical content to support customers and internal partners regarding the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Native Chinese (Mandarin) fluency (written and spoken) for technical engagements in Greater China.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong technical background, specifically in front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations, define success criteria, and position solutions in presales.
• Experience delivering compelling presentations to various personas across Product, Design, and Engineering.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
• Familiarity with GCR / APAC enterprise accounts.
• Experience working in a high-growth or fast-changing SaaS environment.
