What you will do

• Deliver regional field events including executive roundtables, roadshows, and third-party sponsorships.
• Partner with regional Sales and SDRs to align marketing programs with account and territory priorities.
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to align regional activities with global strategy.
• Measure and report program ROI, including MQLs, meetings, and influenced pipeline.
• Support ABM motions by aligning field activities with target account lists.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of executing multi-format events that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams, ideally within a technology or SaaS company.
• Proficiency with marketing metrics and CRM/MA tools like Salesforce and Marketo.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
