What you will do

  • Own and grow a patch of commercial accounts (<500 employees) using data-driven territory plans and propensity scoring.
  • Source, progress, and close expansion use cases and net-new business within the install base.
  • Build multi-threaded executive relationships and navigate complex, multi-persona deals from technical champions to CFOs.
  • Drive healthy consumption growth and advise customers on optimizing their Snowflake deployment.
  • Defend the install base against competitive threats through TCO analysis and architectural positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role with a proven pattern of achievement.
  • Experience managing and expanding an existing customer book.
  • Fluency in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or equivalent).
  • Ability to articulate technical value propositions to both practitioners and C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Understanding of modern data stack architecture (data warehousing, ELT, BI tooling).
  • Demonstrated use of AI/automation tools to enhance sales productivity.
  • Track record of navigating competitive displacement scenarios.
