What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the architecture and execution of Digital Menu Board solutions.
• Architect and scale platforms using TypeScript, NestJS, Express, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Svelte).
• Own and execute the i18n strategy to ensure the platform adapts to diverse regional, language, and localization requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, establishing technical standards and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product Management, and executive stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
• Travel occasionally to interface with clients and participate in strategic alignment meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring peers.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and backend frameworks such as NestJS or Express.
• Strong architectural knowledge of at least one modern framework: Angular, React, or Svelte.
• Hands-on experience architecting and implementing robust i18n frameworks.
• Availability to travel as needed to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, or regional hubs.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building, extending, or scaling global Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of Digital Signage platforms, IoT devices, or restaurant technology solutions.
