What you will do
- Build and scale consulting and broking capabilities, including the development of a scalable operating model and back-office functions.
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client onboarding, cross-selling, and expansion of existing relationships.
- Deliver high-level risk and health consulting services for mid-market and corporate clients.
- Collaborate across the Employee Benefits business to provide holistic wellbeing solutions and flexible benefits technology.
- Create and refine delivery and support processes across the client journey to ensure margin expansion and satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of a rapidly growing professional team.
Requirements
- Recognised UK market consulting leader with established relationships at major carriers.
- Proven track record at an established consulting, advisory, or broking organization.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience growing sales and revenue over a sustained period.
- Ability to act as a consulting role model to inspire and develop junior colleagues.
- Deep knowledge of market trends and a history of producing impactful thought leadership.
- Excellent communication skills capable of influencing and motivating C-suite stakeholders.
