What you will do

• Deploy and manage enterprise licenses for GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Configure SSO/SAML integrations, access controls, and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Design onboarding programs and maintain an internal knowledge base of prompting best practices.
• Integrate AI tools with GitHub Enterprise, VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Set up Claude Code/Cowork agents and MCP connectors to automate internal workflows.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for tooling issues and monitor system health via admin dashboards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in IT engineering, developer tooling, or enterprise software administration.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, or M365 Copilot.
• Proficiency with IDE ecosystems (VS Code, JetBrains) and developer workflows.
• Experience with SSO, OAuth, SCIM, and identity platforms like Okta or Entra ID.
• Ability to use REST APIs and light scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience managing GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps at an organizational level.
• Knowledge of LLM prompt engineering, RAG patterns, or MCP server setup.
• M365 Copilot admin experience, including Copilot Studio and Graph connector configuration.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 security standards as they apply to SaaS AI tools.
