hirify.global is a recruitment partner hiring for a company that builds and operates a closed-loop platform to discover and scale a portfolio of owned digital products and apps.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Meta campaigns including account setup, targeting, and scaling.
• Optimize ROAS/ROI and control CPA across every stage of the funnel.
• Conduct daily testing of creatives, audiences, bids, and offers to scale winners.
• Set up and maintain tracking systems including Pixel, CAPI, and GA4.
• Identify growth opportunities through new audiences, markets, and angles.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize the funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running Meta ads (non-negotiable).
• Proven track record of managing and profitably scaling real budgets.
• Ability to launch and test campaigns autonomously.
• Strong expertise in creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok or other paid acquisition channels.
