❗ Vacancy: Full Stack Engineer (Java 21+ / React / Next.js)
✅ Remote, full-time.
Locations: EU, Georgia, Belarus.

🛻 Early-stage AI-native logistics-tech startup.

‼️ Requirements: 4–5+ years full stack (Java + React/Next.js), strong architecture depth, English B2+/C1, startup ownership mentality.

📝 What you'll do:
• Write tests first (TDD) and validate agent-generated code.
• Build frontend (React/Next.js) and backend services (Java 21+).
• Drive architecture decisions and challenge them.
• Build APIs, integrations, and event-driven services.

📌 Must-have:
• DDD as real practice — aggregates & roots, entities vs value objects, invariants, bounded contexts.
• Hexagonal Architecture — ports & adapters.
• CQRS — command/query separation, strong consistency, projections, outbox, Saga.
• Java 21+, Spring Boot, microservices in production.
• Kafka in depth — delivery semantics, Streams, config.
• PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, caching.
• Code security: SAST + DAST as pipeline gates, CVE handling, secure coding.

🤖 AI-native project: code is written largely by AI coding agents against a human-authored harness. You won't build the agent framework, but you must have real agentic-coding experience — harness engineering, context management (MCP, RAG, sub-agents, memory files).
