What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision for AI-native shopping experiences integrated into ChatGPT.
• Partner with research teams to explore how AI can enhance product discovery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM teams to build and scale shopping features from concept to scale.
• Work with brands, retailers, and external partners to ensure recommendations are trustworthy and user-centric.
• Use data and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, shopping, marketplaces, search, recommendations, or consumer growth.
• Proven track record of building and scaling impactful consumer products for large, diverse user bases.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define new product categories at the intersection of AI and commerce.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
