What you will do

• Create and implement practices and processes for the Communications team to improve efficiency and software usage.
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, accounting for internal resource capabilities and review cycles.
• Track deliverables across multiple pipelines, including physical and digital products, content timelines, and events.
• Manage the full asset development cycle for Marketing, PR, Community, and Social assets from design to final approval.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams, PlayStation partners, and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Break down complex projects into meaningful sub-projects and coordinate alignment meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production, account, or project management, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or creative agencies.
• Proven experience closing out one or more AA or AAA games.
• Deep understanding of project management workflows, infrastructure, and resource allocation.
• Expertise in production software such as Trello, Excel, MS Project, Miro, Confluence, or Wrike.
• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Monica, CA per the hybrid working policy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and executives.
