What you will do

  • Develop and execute daily in-game content plans, including events, sales, and promotions to drive engagement and monetization.
  • Manage the live ops calendar and collaborate on economy balance and sustainability.
  • Tune and balance gameplay and monetization systems using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Monitor key player metrics in real-time to identify trends and user behavior.
  • Advocate for the community by listening to sentiment and reacting to feedback.
  • Define success criteria for events and apply findings to future releases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mobile application design.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app economies, data analysis, and back-end environments.
  • Experience using bespoke tools and content management systems for live ops execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formula creation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce effective design documentation.
  • Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
