What you will do

  • Lead integration projects from kickoff to go-live, owning technical documentation, test plans, and rollout execution.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during implementation and early adoption.
  • Configure customer environments, including SSO, API-based connections, and DMS integrations like iManage, SharePoint, and NetDocuments.
  • Provide post-rollout technical support and troubleshoot advanced issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align requirements and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Deliver technical training and guidance to customer teams on configuration and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations (DMS platforms, APIs).
  • Strong project management skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple parallel projects.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia for on-site work.
