What you will do

• Lead technical value propositions during complex deal cycles to align integration roadmaps with business objectives.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding and integration process for new merchants.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and tech teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines.
• Solve complex integration challenges in real-time to simplify the merchant experience.
• Analyze integration performance data to proactively identify and improve onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with merchants post-launch.

Requirements

• University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, specifically in implementation or technical account management.
• Solid understanding of API integrations; experience with Postman is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Swedish, and Norwegian.
• Must be based in Stockholm with flexibility for international travel.
