What you will do

• Handle day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, lighting, locks, and general repairs.
• Perform daily walkarounds to ensure indoor and outdoor areas are clean and safe.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and fix issues proactively.
• Execute minor painting and cosmetic repairs to maintain the property's appearance.
• Coordinate with external specialist contractors for complex technical work.
• Manage inventory levels for tools, materials, and spare parts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with a specialization in plumbing.
• Fluent proficiency in the local language (Dutch).
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility regarding tasks, schedules, and changing priorities.
