Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in an internal audit role focusing on operations and regulations.
• Professional experience in a financial institution is required.
• Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
• Substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience at a Big 4 or other audit firm.
• Professional experience within a crypto firm.
• CIA or CISA certification.
