What you will do

• Provide critical 24x7 factory support by addressing equipment and process issues in real time.
• Perform tool troubleshooting, recipe modifications, and PIL reviews/approvals.
• Manage lot dispositions and execute non-standard procedures such as visual inspections and engineering scans.
• Write and update technical specifications and RFCs in collaboration with tool owners and defect reduction teams.
• Coordinate shift handovers through detailed written and verbal passdowns to ensure resolution of encountered issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 1+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree in the same fields.
• Experience with defect metrology or yield tool sustenance.
• Proficiency with RFC setup and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Must be able to support night and weekend shifts over extended periods.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging or substrate manufacturing.
• Prior experience working night and weekend shifts.
