TL;DR

IT Support Technician (Fintech): Providing first-level technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure for a global fintech company with an accent on end-user hardware/software management and security patching. Focus on troubleshooting system issues, managing user accounts via Active Directory and Google Workspace, and maintaining IoT devices.

Location: Onsite in Ypsonas, Cyprus

What you will do

  • Set up new user accounts and machines, including installation and maintenance of hardware/software components.
  • Keep operating systems updated and patched to ensure user-level security.
  • Act as the first point of contact for error reporting and end-user support.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of software, hardware, and IoT devices (video conferencing, printers, etc.).
  • Manage the company's physical access control system and update technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the network team to manage telephony systems and resolve system/network issues.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory.
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace applications.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace Admin.
