We're looking for a hands-on IT generalist to support the Limassol offices: end-user support, office infrastructure, and core IT services.

⚙️ Responsibilities:
— day-to-day end-user support (on-site and remote), Windows and macOS
— user accounts and access: Google Workspace, Entra ID, Active Directory
— employee onboarding/offboarding
— office network equipment: MikroTik, HP Aruba, Wi-Fi
— Windows Server and basic Linux administration
— ticketing (Jira), documentation, knowledge base, vendor coordination

✅ Requirements:
— administration of Google Workspace / Entra ID / Active Directory
— Windows Server + Linux
— infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Prometheus, or similar)
— networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi; hands-on with MikroTik and HP Aruba
— experience working in a ticketing system (Jira / JSM)
— English: basic conversational

➕ Nice to have: PowerShell/Bash scripting, firewalls/VPN/network segmentation, MDM, virtualization (VMware/Proxmox), Docker, experience writing IT documentation/SOPs
