What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new revenue opportunities within the German Public Sector.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned accounts, mapping solutions to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure smooth customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and consistently deliver quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation of sales stages, customer interactions, and opportunity values.
  • Promote brand recognition and publicize success stories while interacting with executive-level decision makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in security software sales.
  • Expert-level experience in negotiation and consultative selling to C-level executives.
  • Deep industry knowledge of the public sector's decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with a "big-picture" understanding of technical contexts.
