What you will do

• Architect and execute territory plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets and quotas.
• Manage strategic pipelines and provide highly accurate forecasting to sales leadership.
• Align hirify.global Reference Architectures with complex customer IT environments to drive platform solutions.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineers and Legal, to close complex deals.
• Position hirify.global as a critical enabler for customer digital transformation and strategic business outcomes.
• Build long-term executive-level relationships to ensure customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience selling complex B2B technology solutions with a track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
• Deep expertise and fluency in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
• Proven ability to map complex customer IT architectures to platform solutions.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills for engaging with C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree required, with a technical background highly preferred.
• Ability to travel as required to engage with key customers and internal teams.
