Location: Remote (USA). Must be located in the West (MST/PST time zones). Up to 40% travel required.

Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and the definition of customer success plans for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with sales teams to expand account growth via Falcon Flex adoption and usage.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact to customers.
• Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to accelerate module adoption.
• Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition and churn.
• Interact with CXO-level decision makers to develop and present competitive business propositions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert-level presentation, negotiation, and financial business acumen.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships in an enterprise environment.
• Deep experience with flexible licensing models and the ability to communicate ROI metrics.
• Must be based in the US West region (MST/PST).
