Associate Producer (iGaming)

Associate Producer (iGaming): Assisting team leads with the day-to-day execution of game development projects with an accent on project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, managing project schedules, and ensuring transparent communication across a multidisciplinary team of artists, engineers, and designers.

Location: Must be based in Reno, NV (On-site 5 days a week)

What you will do

• Track project schedules, milestones, and objectives while identifying and communicating risks.
• Facilitate team discussions and resolve project-related debates.
• Run SCRUM sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
• Create, transition, and clarify tasks for project members and stakeholders.
• Document project notes, maintain process forms, and track action items.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional project management or production experience.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Reno, NV.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally attend early morning or late evening meetings across different time zones.
