What you will do

• Manage and maintain Costed Bills of Materials (CBOM) in the system for data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers to verify and validate BOM information.
• Maintain vendor master data, contract pricing, and procurement records in SAP.
• Manage tooling, jig, and fixture documentation and updates.
• Organize and maintain Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) for compliance tracking.
• Upload monthly forecast data and prepare weekly purchase price reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations.
• Prior experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or data administration in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Familiarity with BOM/CBOM, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
